Title Screen Tutorial

Does anyone know of a good tutorial on making title screens? I am making a home brew right now for a university project and I would like to add a title screen. I took a course on udemy on how to get started but he doesn't go over things like  Procedural Generation and title screens and I'm not sure where to start. Also a good tutorial on animation would be helpful. In the course I learned how to make the character move around the screen but and implement an animation for than but not a cycling animation for every frame. I'll also include my code below if anyone is interested in looking at it.
