Atari 8 Bit Popeye and Star Wars Arcade Pre Production

Two More Pre Production Games that I had in my collection.   Here is the pic and I did dump them here for people to test out.  Let me know if you find any differences than than the final.  

Popeye RLS.1.bin Star Wars RLS.2.bin

Popeye RLS.1 is identical to the 1st final version of Popeye. (There were 2 versions of Popeye. The 1st one had a minor bug in that if you STARTed the game and then pressed Reset, the game would return to the title screen and play the title music, but then it would start playing the 1st level music. The 2nd release fixed that bug.)

 

Star Wars RLS.2 is a 12KB cartridge, just like the final version - the 1st and 2nd 4 KB blocks are identical. Compared to the final version, RLS.2 is way different, but I haven't noticed any differences in gameplay.

I had that version of Popeye growing up, I remember it doing just that when you reset it.

 

I wonder if they just did some code clean up/rearranging on that RLS.2 Star Wars?
