With emphasis on the II+ as that was a big deal prior to the //e and //c I'm aware of the following being available as files for a 'prommer: Dan Paymar LCA-2 Unknown chip1 LCA.SF Unknown chip2 LCA.2 PigFont Videx Lowercase chip ReactiveMicro Lowercase chip Videx VideoTerm (inverse, graphics, normal, german) Dumps of various Apple //e and //c character roms GreekProChar Dumps from various clones And then there's 2 or 3 being sold on ebay.. I also know of these, but they've not been archived anywhere: Data Shift Applied Engineering Lowercase chip Beaman Porter Powercase If you have any of those, or ones I haven't listed, care to share?
