Starcat
Hi Guys ! I know there are some 3DO fans and collectors on this forum, so I thought I'd post this offer here. I'm thinking about possibly selling my 3DO FZ10 Video Cartridge, because I need money. (For my Jag projects btw) It took me almost forever to find one of these as they are very rare. I've actually only seen those on ebay two times so far and it always ended for several hundread dollars. I'm sure most of you know what it is. It's a very rare cartridge that plugs into the side of an panasonic FZ10 3DO unit and enables it to play photocds and video cds. The unit is in good condition and is tested and works fine. Here's you're chance to get it. I have already offers of 60 Euro (about $ 68 ). You're welcome to post your bid here or mail me your offer. Btw, I ship international of course (buyer pays shipping), payment has to be done via PayPal. Thanks. Regards, Lars.

Buyatari
Now I picked up a prototype of this some years ago. I was told it was unreleased by 3DO but released by Goldstar? Can you clear this up for me? Thanks Adam
Starcat
Hi ! I'm not sure if it is a prototype, it looks like a final product. But you're right on it that far that the Goldstar ones are rare, but still good to find for $100 (seen it on a 3DO site some time ago for that price) or so. The Panasonic FZ10 version however is very very rare and hard to find. This is taken from the 3DO FAQ: "[3.4] Was the MPEG add-on released? A: Apparently, the Panasonic MPEG add on was released through 3DO Direct on a very limited basis with a pricetag of 249 dollars. It is unknown how many of these were sold, or how many were produced." Tempest
AFAIK the Goldstar one was released but only works with the Goldstar 3DO. I don't know of one that works with the Panasonic models. Tempest
Buyatari
So it was released its just a rare item. I have a prototype FMV add on but it has no electronics its just a hunk a plastic. Kinda like the Sega Neptune. If it was released it like you say (and you claim to have one so you should know) then mine is just about worthless. I was hoping you actually had the Goldstar version. Ohh well. Adam
Buyatari
Do you have a picture? Adam
Starcat
Hi ! Yes, like I said it took me almost forever to find one of the panasonic ones, as they are so rare. Here is a picture. Regards, Lars.

justice_is_blind
Apparently you guys don't get out much Picture is (2) 3DO Memory Units,(1) FZ-1 VCD Adapter, (1) FZ-10 VCD Adapter(1) 3DO Arcade Digital Stick. All I'm missing is the Panasonic Karaoke adapter. Oh, not in the picture is another FZ-1 VCD Adapter. @ buyatari, that adapter was included with a white M2 drive on ebay aw hile back, It's only a empty adapter case.Unless the VCD adapter doen't have a small area for the light in the front, then it probably is a proto. justice_is_blind
This is the adapter I'm currently using. I have two new Goldstar VCD adapters but considering this topic is about the Panasonic version, I decided not to post pics.
