I've done this upgrade a lot. Love it.

Maybe that means I need a third unit running incognito mode, or incognetus as Archie would say.

So far, I've made 3 offers of $5, $6, and $7, respectively. He declined them all.

Just a sd adapter for my pc ($1) to download atr's to the sd card. My phone can print to my wireless printer so I access the fujinet webpage from it to forward documents to my printer. Beeblebrox
whooaaa - bargain alert! Near £1000 for a boxed 800XL (yellowed and used) and a 1050 drive - and it's not even confirmed as working kit! So they are asking about 5 x times the average going rate IMHO. Granted the boxes are in excellent condition - alas the sellers braincells ain't! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256216487605?

TGB1718
I don't know about crazy prices, but I do know of a crazy seller, I bought a SCSI interface for my ST hard drive, when I fitted it, it didn't fit tightly into the drive socket and consequently wouldn't boot most of the time, even the smallest of movements and it stopped working. I contacted the seller, told him it was faulty and was of no use to me, he offered me 30% of the price as compensation, he even wanted photos of the device he sent me, been playing email tennis with him for about 2 weeks now and even after me telling him it's useless then best offer he is doing is 70% of the price. I told him last chance, full refund or I go to Ebay to resolve, I really don't know what he's thinking, the item is of no use, so he expects me to be out of pocket for his faulty item (this is an Ebay shop, not an individual). I should say I have some other makes of these items, but they are about twice the size as they have more connections and as such prevent me from fitting the drive into a hard drive enclosure, but when fitted to the drive, they are a nice tight fit and the drive works first time every time, his one is small enough, but doesn't work
deffroe
When sellers start playing those I just put in a return/refund. Had similar happen when I ordered a laser kit for a PSX. It arrived faulty, mainly due to flimsy packaging, from China. They wanted photos, then a video and then offered a part refund. Once claim went in and negative feedback then everything changed.
