I think this is a problem with non-sequential data on SD card, it can be solved with exFAT SD cards instead of FAT32. Because it is impossible to defrag an SD card. You can use a third-party program like O&O Defragmenter. Or just backup the contents of the SD card, format it, and restore the contents, which has the same effect.
