Yo, haroldo, I got a quick question for you: Is there any chance you'll implement a DPC+ kernel into this in the near future? I know this has been asked before, but I know @Cardboard76 wants to make a game with some features found in modern bB games and stuff like that.

Hello! Yes, I intend to implement a DPC+ version of the tool after the current version implements enough standard kernel functionality.

When you take on the Atari 7800 in the near future, I hope you implement the HOKEY/POKEY sound capabilities along with the usual enhanced graphic capabilities. Because those are kinda essential in the 7800 homebrew scene if I remember correctly

This is a great start. I hope we dig deeper and start getting into specific topics such as how to make and connect screens together. Also maybe do one part dedicated to either a Space Invaders type shmup or even a basic platformer like Pitfall. Let me know what you think.

Currently, it always targets a 4K ROM.


As for finding out how much memory is in use, I opened up am issue on the repository to look at this later: https://github.com/haroldo-ok/vcs-game-maker/issues/129 ; that being said would have to experiment on how to find out how much space is in use.
