Bought Unreal Tournament and Quake III Arena and Unreal is having issues

I can't get Unreal Tournament to play at all it doesn't even load it stops at dreamcast logo but all my other games work fine including quake III arena?

This happens from time to time. Perfectly fine games work on one console and not on another. It's rare. But it happens.

 

I bought Sonic Adventure, white label..... would not work on my black SEGA Sports Dreamcast. Disc was immaculate. Bought the orange label  AllStars version....works fine.

 

Daytona USA, also refuses to work on my black DC but works on other consoles.

 

I have around 70 DC games...... these 2 will not work on one console.... but work on others. All other games work 100% of the time everytime so It isn't my console. This just may be another one of those games.

Yeah I bought another Unreal Tournament and still the same thing will not work for nothing Oh well just can't play it I guess. It just boots to Dreamcast logo and freezes right there.
