I have a fully working copy of my BBS Screen Maker that supports ATASCII

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone , I now have had for over a month a fully working copy of my BBS Screen Creator with ATASCII screens being fully implemented, of course on the PC they will look weird , unless you are using syncterm with ATASCII turned on .....

I am working hard on the program to make it so you can convert between ASCII ,ATASCII, @BBS codes both Wildcat and PC Board, and Mystic and Synchronet screens. When I am all done ytou will be able to run a stanmd alone program to convert between any formats , and an online program that does the same but allows you to download the screens that you have created.

Atascii and ASCII 40 column screens are coming to Christ Followers BBS , with a special login section that asks you what translation you want, probably a first for Wildcat or Winserver , should be al the way coded in a  week

Finally if anyone knows how to squeeze 48 hours of work into 12 hours, let me know, hahahahaaha.     Russ

PS: I have got someone looking at the IDE Kits for the Portfolio, now that the pandemic is a little lifted in restrictions there should be time to solve the problems in writing to hard drive, either there is faulty wiring in the Parallel interface or the prototype.

And PPS: I now have a custom Serial port and Wifi adapter for the Atari Portfolio, compliments Petr Kracik from Chec Republic, now to design and 3D print a case for the two boards.

Catch ya all on the flippy side.
