And I somehow remembered the engine sound being much smoother than the grating "playing card in bicycle spoke" rattle sound. At first I thought it was lousy emulation. But I checked real hardware on a youtube vid. And sure enough real hardware sounds identically bad. I think we need a hack for this game!
