Amiga Professional Page Word Processor

I am not an Amiga user, however a former programmer wrote his documentation for his Fortran compiler (TI-99/4A retro computer) up with the Amiga Professional Page word processor (???) and I have been trying to identify a way to convert the two documents to preferably a Word file, but if not, at least a PDF file.

Are there tools somewhere I can run on a Windows system, or does someone have software that can convert the two documents for me?  I have attached the two files as they are relatively small.

 

Any help is appreciated.

here's chapter 2

to do this i set up winuae with postscript printer, and then used the postscript to ghostscript and output to microsoft's pdf writer printer on windows 10
