VicViper
Just picked up a couple of dirty 800XLs, I've always cleaned the dust and grime between the keys with a toothbrush, or Q tips. Any one have any special tips or tools they use?
Papalapa
The best solution is dissasemble the keyboard, release all the keycaps and put them into a container with dishwashing detergent. After two hours clear out and put the keycaps again. Once the keycaps has been release you'll see a lot of dust and dirty in the keyboard surface that can be cleaned using an brush. Usually when I buy a retrocomputer, I always do this job.

Tanooki
It's that or you just only bother with the surface dust you can get from the top and between the cracks using a brush or one of those dinky keyboard vacuums which I imagine probably aren't that great anyway. CatPix
https://youtu.be/CQgqf6_i44U?t=520 (8:40 if the timestamp doesn't work) *insert "In Soviet Russia" joke here* I advice against doing that on your keyboard if this hasn't been tested before
