Oh man. It’s probably too late to jump in now, and I am uniquely terrible at Awesome Golf, so I don’t know that I will even try. Any tips? I feel like the swing meter is extra funky.

Got a 45 last night.  Atrocious but you have to start somewhere.  Takes a while to get used to the mechanics of any golf game and i've been playing Neo Turf Masters most recently which is pretty much the best 2D golf game ever made.

I can't seem to get through 9 holes without having a total meltdown on 1-2 holes.  Just like real golf! lol

When you swing, dont let it bottom out, or your drive will fall short 30-40 yards (youll hear a thud) and stop the marker as centre to the golf ball as possible on return.

I shot a plus 6 for a 42.

Well finally got to par   This is a solid golf game, but it's not forgiving, the putting especially so.  It's by "feel" so there is somewhat of a learning curve.  Will see how much more I can trim from my score before the rounds out!

After two games of 33 (with a few crap game before and during) finally got to 31.  Still had one bogey in there so there is room for improvement..

Just recently got into Lynx.  Amazing system for its' time. 

 

Awesome Golf is great but the putting is what gets me inconsistent scores.   Managed a hole in one on this run which helps avoiding putting all together ?

Great round guys!  This was a challenging one (just like real golf!) On to some lighter fare

As you can imagine this is my first time playing this game. Took me a while to figure out that I can aim by holding the B button. Never gave this game a chance before, but it's alright.
