Strange cable - PC Engine GT?

Hi,

I've found this cable sitting in a box. The little plug fits into exactly one console I own: The handheld NEC PC Engine GT.

However, when I plug it in to my console and then into my SCART switch that detects whether each cable has a signal, then I get nothing. My switch will also auto-detect JP21 connections and it does not light up that indicator.

 

There is no branding on it, except that the cable itself is marked MOGAMI WM-1.

 

I've tried Googling several variants of "NEC PC Engine SCART Cable", but find nothing. It's not a match for the composite input on the TV Tuner either.

Can anybody help me identify what this is?
