+x=usr(1536)
In light of what I've learned further down the thread, it appears as though I was searching for the wrong thing. Please disregard. I have a 2-port 5200 housed in a 4-port lower case that I'd like to swap for a 2-port lower case. There's nothing wrong with the 4-port lower that I know of, and it's in generally decent shape without cracks, scrapes, etc. If you have a 2-port lower case in equivalent condition that you'd be willing to swap for, ship me yours and I'll ship you mine. The only thing I ask is that the 2-port lower has a valid, complete, and legible serial number sticker on it. The 4-port lower has one that's fully-intact, so I'd like to carry that over to the 2-port case. You send me yours, I'll send you mine. Let me know if you're interested! +Mitch
As far as I know there isn't a 2 port lower case. The only difference is the later cases had a spot for the power cord to plug in. Mitch

With a 2-port PCB in a 4-port case, there are two gaping holes where the middle two ports would have gone. Was there a separate piece that filled them in, or were the lower halves of the cases different? I always believed it to be the latter. +Mitch
The front cover piece hides the two vacant controller port areas. Mitch

Appreciate the clarification. Looks like I need both the front & rear smoked plastics, then. Oof.
