Anyone can join in at any time. A picture or screenshot is encouraged when posting a score but not required. The season is 15 rounds long. Games will be posted on Sundays and run two weeks through Sunday at 11:59 PM CST. Do not exploit game glitches, take advantage of 1-up loops or intentionally die in order to replay a level. If "point pressing" is not specified in the game rules you should be moving forward in an attempt to complete/loop the game and not "camping" for points. No emulator save states, slow-mo, rewind, etc. No cheats, e.g. Konami code, Game Genie, etc. Turbo controllers are allowed. I've made it pretty deep into level 16 on other runs, but with lower scores. I'll probably keep plugging away at it until I finish the game. There was a Twitch streamer who beat games from a queue that people either donated or redeemed through channel points. After saving enough channel points my pick was BnJ. It took him around 18 days and he hated it so much because of no continues and having to start over. He said it was the worst game he ever played (although now he says the worst was Road Rash for Genesis which does look like a grind). With point pressing allowed, I tried something new bc I was not getting into a good groove. I stayed on the first floor and exploited the 5k bonus for jump kicking every 12th grappler.
