Ultima I (and more) loose disk values?

A friend of mine is moving and found a few loose C64 disks while cleaning out stuff.  I offered to sell them if they are worth anything, or at least find them a good home if not.  I don't know much about C64 disk game values though, so I'd appreciate some help.  These disks are untested by the way.

 

I think if anything they have has any value, it would be Ultima I.  I researched prices online a bit but couldn't find many recent sales.  Boxed copies seem to sell for good prices but I'm not sure about loose ones.  This has a 1986 copyright if that matters... I think that means it's from the first C64 release.  Any idea of a fair price?

 

 

The others don't seem too special.  Some decent games like Space Harrier but they don't seem too hard to find.  I'm thinking this lot wouldn't be worth more than $20-$25, does that sound reasonable?  Would like to do right by my friend.

Not huge, most value is in the packaging. Probably looking at $5-10 tops for most.

Ultima I was released for Commodore 64 in 1986 as part of a rerelease for multiple platforms, and that is what this disk is from. They enough of those that it isn't consider a particularly special version. Agree with @Mayhem There was no earlier more valuable release for the C64.
