Change the title screen/etc. in some homebrews?

I recall reading that changes could be made to some homebrews (namely Froggie and b*nQ), but for the life of me, I can't find the threads anywhere. I checked the 7800 Difficulty Switch Guide as well, just to see if anything was listed that used the difficulty switches for these changes, but there was nothing.

 

Anyone have a list of how to trigger these changes? Mainly looking for the two games I listed, but if there are any others, feel free to post those too.
