+Intellivision Master
I have the Atari FB9 with the SD card slot. When I play a game on the SD card, sometimes the sound effects go silent or the volume gets lowered on it's own. When this happens and I exit the game back to the menu screen of the console, within a minute or so the sound effects from that game start up and it's distorted. To fix it, I just click on another game and it stops. I never know when this issue will happen as it's with certain games at random. But its happened a few times this month. Maybe it's the ROM or the SD card itself. Edited December 21, 2021 by Intellivision Master
atarifan88
I have the FB9 and have never encountered this issue. Not sure what could be causing it.

Draxxon
I would try a different SD Card.

KeatonGamer1248
I think this is a similar problem that happens to me... The menu cuts out for 2 seconds and then it makes some hissing-distorted noise. Edited April 12, 2022 by KeatonGamer1248
