I love one on one basketball!  That’s a unique choice but after all these years I still enjoy playing it too so I can’t say I disagree.

Is there anyway I can edit the first post to change the question about game that people hate to 7800s most under appreciated game?  The edit button seems to be missing is that normal?

You will have to ask a moderator to do that for you.

There is a time limit for editing posts. 5 minutes iirc

One of the benefits to being an AtariAge “Subscriber” is you can edit posts for up to 30 days without requiring Moderator permission.

In the absence of that, message someone in charge like @tep392 or @CPUWIZ and they should be able to do give you permission to edit the post.

My favorite 7800 retail game is Asteroids.

My favorite 7800 non-retail game is Sirius.

The WIP I’m most excited for is Defender.

My favorite controller to use with the 7800 is is the CX78 JoyPad.

My favorite 7800 game that others seem to hate is Pole Position II, Tower Toppler, or Double Dragon.  Pole Position II and Tower Toppler both have quite a few fans, but lots of people do not like them also.  Double Dragon probably skews more to the negative reaction than those other two.

I got my first 7800 console in 1987 or 1988.

My favorite thing about the 7800 are the ports of early to mid '80s arcade games.  My favorite versions of Asteroids and Centipede live on the 7800.

If I had to choose two 7800 games to take to a desert island, they would be Midnight Mutants and Scrapyard Dog.  Two games I would like to finally beat.

My favorite 7800 homebrew is Dungeon Stalker.

The WIP I’m most excited for is Defender (this was so hard to choose, I could have easily picked a few others).

My favorite controller to use with the 7800 is a stock Atari 2600 stick.

My favorite 7800 game that others seem to hate is Hat Trick.

I got my first 7800 console in ~1991.

My favorite thing about the 7800 is great arcade-style action games - both ports and originals.

If I had to choose two 7800 games to take to a desert island, they would be Pac Man Collection and Food Fight.
