Yes! I have noticed this. I thought it was my 10 foot extension cables that introduced this behavior. But I’ve noticed the same thing.

Can confirm on both my Phoenix and Coleco the issue doesn't exist if you play using controller 2. So, there is a workaround. A not very obvious workaround, but a work around nonetheless.

 

I am very curious how this slipped through QA. Testing collisions with enemy projectiles is pretty much critical of any game design/testing.

Perhaps CollectorVision experienced an issue like Coleco did when burning the chips for Victory. 🙄
