After much tracing and troubleshooting I believe it's the ROM / RAM or CPU because signals look good on the board, but it never makes it to the GROMS. I know these chips can be purchased from China (counterfeit or other) but I'm posting here to see if any collectors might have some they want to sell or trade as the counterfeit chips are a crapshoot.
