would the genesis+32X be able to run Metal Slug?

I know the stock genesis can run Zero Tolerance and the 32x can handle virtua racer but could it run Metal slug without issues? would someone be able to make a proof of concept?

I don't think his brain works well, much, well anything really at all.  Time and again dumb topic, irrational poll choices.  Best to just ignore, never vote, and move along.  As already pretty quickly pointed out to the dumb topic, one is already in development, technically two for Gen/MD.  As to the poll...whatever.  Guy loves his lame bait and switch tactics.
