+Lathe26
Ok, I noticed a while ago that the "1" key on my Keyboard Component was upside down. In other words, the "1" was on top and the "!" was on the bottom and upside down. It looked like this: | ¡ I finally purchased a keycap puller to fix this. The keycap came out easily and cleanly. Here's a photo of what is under the keycap: For those wondering what a "keycap puller" looks like, here's a photo. Soldering is far more reliable than socketing. Socketing should be reserved for chips with a 3% or greater likelihood of failing over the design life of the product.
