Recent status updates not working

When I click in the box to type something, nothing happens.  I see others are able to post a status update.  But for some reason it won't let me.  What could be causing this problem?

I don't think I was banned.  I hardly did the status updates.  It's just weird because I never had this problem before.  And no I haven't done a Garfield status update.

 

Edit: I tried clicking on the status updates and now it works fine.  So, it must've been a glitch.
