The serial number and barcode are printed on this ring. Its immediately after the artwork. I don't think any data is on that ring. Is there data on the ring and is it anything to worry about? Near perfect disk otherwise. Looks like someone missed the cd spindle. There's no protection of any sort on these discs... something Sega changed for the Saturn.
