pinhole area with the light on the inner ring of popful mail

So there's a pinhole area where the light goes thru on the inner ring of popful mail.  The serial number and barcode are printed on this ring.  Its immediately after the artwork.   I don't think any data is on that ring.  Is there data on the ring and is it anything to worry about?  Near perfect disk otherwise.  Looks like someone missed the cd spindle.

Sega CDs are just plain ISO9660 discs, with optional CDDA tracks after the first (data) track. There's no protection of any sort on these discs... something Sega changed for the Saturn.
