Question about PEB/floppy controller

So I got a TIPI for what I thought was a solution for all my needs only to find out that I need a true floppy controller in the party so I can use my Plato Interpreter module. So I have a loose floppy controller and a 32k that interfaces with the TIPI. What would it take to rig the floppy controller for use? As I understand the PEB gives power and someplace for the cards and drives to live. Do I need any logic to make the floppy controller work? Or or can I just run cables from the 32k to the floppy controller and the floppy controller to a gotek emulator and just supply power from a PC power supply matching voltages correctly to the floppy controller and the gotek?

You are going to need a TI floppy controller.
