DavidD
The Switch just got the ability to group games... essentially, you can create up to 100 different "tags" and sort your software by them. It's similar to folders, except a game can be assigned to more than one group.
digdugnate
yup- folders, but not folders. i guess it's better than a stick in the eye, but not by much. lol
Flojomojo
Tags are OK but I’d kinda like to have an easier way to find the uncategorized stuff. I’ve already made some groupings but after 5 years of just playing the stuff on the top of the heap I’m not sure it will change my behavior.

If you go to "create a new group", you can filter and only show titles not in groups. What would be nice is a way to quickly add a group to an item in the main software list -- hit + to see info, and have a GROUP option in the list.
Flojomojo
I see that now, thank you for pointing it out to me. You hit R for Sort/Filter, and it has by title, by publisher, by play time, all software, downloaded software, and ungrouped software. That's everything I can think of. Now I just have to do the work of organizing all this stuff. I don't suppose that gets backed up anywhere, so I'll try and be smart about how I spent my Nintendo Switch time that should be spent on playing.

Create an uncategorized folder?
