harmony Is this the right place to buy a harmony cart?

I just wanna make sure this is the right place to get one, 
I would like to order one through PayPal but the PayPal option on https://harmony.atariage.com/Site/Order.html doesnt work just brings me to a page saying "This order page is outdated. Please go to the new page, or wait a moment and you will be redirected there shortly"
