Apple IIC motherboard- lifted trace

When working on IC's, a proper desolder job will let the chip fall right off the board with a tap or no more force than what can be applied with a toothpick. If you're really really good, the IC will fill out when you flip the board over!

But practice practice practice. No big deal if you fuck the board up. You now have a spare parts source! I've got a few trashed mainboards, and they have those custom chips the MMU and IOU. Impossible to find NOS. But rather easy to cannibalize.

I just purchased a working motherboard replacement. I’ll be using the other IIc for parts, since the power supply and floppy drives both work.
