Vanguard had also a bug fixed after the first release… And Luc added a nice red sticker on the box so that I kept the bugged version and bought the debugged one!🤪🤣🤣🤣 1 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/333647-stupus-intellivision-homebrew-scene-timeline-release-list-including-variants/page/9/#findComment-5387375 Share on other sites

+stupus
Yes just the 2 overlays and thicker box on the first run limited 1. The ink is also a bit blacker on the standard release. Not alot of differences. MGG
Noticed that #170: Pumpkin Trilogy, #178: Thunder Soldier, and V49&50: Space Patrol 2024 are labeled as being Intellivision Collector and LTO respectively. These are all actually Hombrew Inc. releases (Space Patrol with permission from Joe) Also, need to add Napoleonic Wars from Homebrew Inc.! 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/333647-stupus-intellivision-homebrew-scene-timeline-release-list-including-variants/page/9/#findComment-5419944 Share on other sites

Napoleonic Wars was released Feb 8th by Homebrew Inc. here: Ghostbusters Ultimate Edition is an anonymous release, launched by Papa Pete last week if I'm not mistaken. So, I could grab a sealed copy of the BC’s quest for tires. Yes, the standard release has clearly a darker black. Moreover, the font of the white caracters of the regular version are a bit thicker and sharper than the initial one. Difficult to see if the carton box is thicker, but it seems to be indeed. 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/333647-stupus-intellivision-homebrew-scene-timeline-release-list-including-variants/page/9/#findComment-5452370 Share on other sites

I think this requires a precision scale to check what the weight difference is. Joking not joking. Morpheus
Folks! This Space Patrol is released in 2024 according to the copyright on the back of the box. Intellivision Space Patrol new in box homebrew | eBay Can we say that there are four releases: 2008, 2012, 2023 and 2024? Is there any way to distinguish the 2008 from the 2012 re-issue? Serial number on the back? Thanks! mthompson
1 hour ago, Morpheus said: Can we say that there are four releases: 2008, 2012, 2023 and 2024? No. If you want to know when something first went on sale, the copyright notice merely narrows it down. Some products are delayed and go on sale after the printed copyright. Some can come out earlier. And sometimes the dates on the box, manual, and software might not even match. 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/333647-stupus-intellivision-homebrew-scene-timeline-release-list-including-variants/page/9/#findComment-5465249 Share on other sites

Like the 2024 re-issue, that came out in November 2023, with copyright 2024 printed on back I guess… I don’t think that a copyright 2023 actually exists… Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/333647-stupus-intellivision-homebrew-scene-timeline-release-list-including-variants/page/9/#findComment-5465440 Share on other sites
