vrocko Posted May 11, 2022 Share Posted May 11, 2022 Hey got mine Friday. Put roms on an SD card to play but all I got was Insert Cartridge on the screen. Looked up online to see if I was doing something wrong. Now mind you I had turned the Lynx off and on a couple of times before looking online for help. Found help on YouTube. After watching the video I thought "Well I bricked it." Crap!? So now what? So did more online research. Added a .Bin file for the menu and tried it with one rom on the SD card just in case. Bingo! The original one from BennVenn. Works great. Gives a nice list of the roms on the SD card and loads pretty quick. Haven't had any issues with roms I've loaded yet. The one's I've loaded to play work but I've only loaded a few, Battlezone, Sky Raider, Missile Command and Super Asteroids, Checkered Flag, AVP and a couple others I don't remember right now. BennVenn started work on new firmware to support something like that, @SainT's Lynx Game Drive already has a cheat mode so it's possible, but it's not priority at the moment.
