Sega CD boxed. Is this complete?

I have this Sega CD that I bought years ago.

I want to sell it.

Here's a video.

I'm not sure if it's complete.

I might be missing some baggies and twist ties.

I have included a list of what the contents are.

13. 4 plastic baggies

14. 4 metal brackets

15. 2 black screws

16. Black extender

I believe you are missing some plastic bags and probably some ties, but everything else looks like it is there.
