Found: Risc PC

I know it is a long shot, but I am looking to purchase a Risc PC. I am open in terms of the configuration but it has to be in working condition. Let me know if you have one for sale. Thanks!

you never know until you ask, but RISC is a design philosophy, so what are you thinking ... anything ARM based is RISC (its the second letter of the acronym as the Acorn RISC Machine released in the mid 90's, and after the x86 / Microsoft domination, reformed to franchise their designs) 

 

Long story short you want a ras-pi, a RISC-V, a DEC, a power PC, a Sun Sparc, or even .... arguably a post 2000's era Arduino? Its a bit of a open ended question in 2022... let us know and I am sure as a collective of horder nerds can come up with something you have envisioned

Yeah, ok you are right... What I was referring to more accurately is an Acorn RISC PC... Something like an ARM710 based... With an Aleph 486 PC card please? ?

On this side of the pond a Acorn machine is kind of rare, but again it never hurts to ask (what's the UK equlivliant of sendico?)

I am now the lucky owner of a Risc PC with a StrongARM processor and a 586 PC card.😃
