There’s this fine line when one just cannot accept he’s wrong and so he points to everyone else and claims they are wrong … usually this is about non-facts (as facts can be checked) … the first poster clearly stated he prepaid for the console and not Home or standalone controllers… the second one just brushed him off with “I bought an SBC so I can play Amico Home” … the disconnect is deafening. In short BBG was trying to get protection in the U.S. based on their International registration for Astrosmash Following documents from the uspto: Notice of Provisional Full Refusal (April 25, 2024) RFNT - Total Refusal (May 16, 2024) Ditto on all documents also for Shark!
