Find five faults

Despite it's failure in the market the TMS9900 is a fascinating chip, it has virtually no registers, instead using 'Workspaces'... banks of 32 bytes that make the 16 regsiters (like a zeropage)... it also has no stack!

It never occurred to him to use one of the registers as a stack pointer...

While I will give him severe criticism for the GeoCities website design, I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he meant a dedicated stack pointer and stack like found on, say, the 6502, which operates without consuming another CPU register.  Along with the regular push/pop operations for the accumulator and CPU status register, you can also set the stack pointer with the X register value, and vice versa.  I think he sees this difference as a deficit on the 9900, which is a poor conclusion.

Yes, I considered that. I spent some time trying to locate some contact information on the web site, but failed. Either it's not there, or the color scheme of the site puts such a strain om my eyes that I just failed to locate it. So I gave up that thought.

Yep, looks like you'd have to register to his forum or discord, or comment on his youtube videos to contact him...
