project7800
Can I ask if people can share their favorite book to learn the C programming language besides K & R? I'm also not interesting in GEM programming, I have several books about C and GEM programming. I am talking about C itself. I have a good book called "Learning C on the Atari ST" by Joseph Boyle Wikert, but I was looking for something else. Thanks in advance! TheNameOfTheGame
The book I learned from in College: https://www.amazon.com/Applications-Programming-ANSI-Richard-Johnsonbaugh/dp/0023611316/ Still refer to it from time to time.
TGB1718
When I started using C, there's nothing better than this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:The_C_Programming_Language,_First_Edition_Cover.svg Written by the guys who created C, there's also another book I had, The C Answer Book, again written by Kernigan and Ritchie, it's not quite what you expect, between the 2 I learnt everything I needed for a long career in C programming.
