RollOut
Hey guys. Sorry in advance if this is obvious, bear with me, I'm not a programmer. I was looking to create/ edit a few BPEG images for a project I was working on. I have a pretty rudimentary knowledge of what is needed to do this, and I have heard that there is a BPEG converter (possibly compressor and/or editor) that exists, but must be run through DosBox. I can't seem to find where (or if) this program is available. Any direction on where to find it, or how to use it is appreciated. Thanks
dilinger
In the official Atari Jaguar SDK, you have a directory "BPEG". Sources, and a readme, are included.
+cubanismo
I haven't found sources to the compressor, just the Jaguar-side decoder, but the same Atari SDK has the DOS binary. It's in my bundle of the SDK as well: https://github.com/cubanismo/jaguar-sdk/raw/master/jaguar/bin/dos/cbpeg.exe
RollOut
Thanks guys. I'm going to play around with this when I get some free time (I might have some really dumb follow up questions). I appreciate the direction.
+Stephen Moss
I don't know if the conversion tool from Linkovitch will do what you want but it may worth trying it, it can be found here.
