Anybody do custom Genesis repros of rom hacks?

I've noticed that some games notorious for extreme, even unfair difficulty or poor difficulty balance have rom hacks that rectify these issues, such as hit points hacks for Contra Hard Corps and Shadow Dancer, an ammo regen hack for Alien Soldier, a reduced damage hack for Comix Zone and a gameplay improvement hack for Gargoyles.  I'd much rather play physical copies of the improved versions. The Contra hack is readily available as a repro but I can't find the others.  Does anyone know where quality, custom repros of hacks can be bought for a reasonable price?
