New 3D model for Intellivision cartridge case

Hi all.

 

Two days ago I just finished added a hinge to my 3D model for a cartridge case for Intellivision, and it resulted really good.

It is compatible with Mattel cases, so any PCB fitting this case also fits mine.

Yes. These are .STL files that should be converted for the particular 3D printer to be used.

Btw I'm looking for people that can print it and test resistance. I think my plastic supply is too soft, or I've wrong the temperature.

I've generated board games with my old 3D printer, and I've worked with .stl files in the past.  I should have time to try printing it tonight.

Here are pics of the cart shell with a homebrew PCB in it and a label I created myself.  The label is a little too wide, and all I had were address labels with a snowman on them (hence the discoloration over the Tutorvision logo), but it fits.  I'm impressed with how well the screws fit.

@nanochess, is the model based on freecad project? could you share it too?

i have to design the cartridge for my homebrew multicart project, and it's longer than normal Intv pcbs, but i'd like not to start from scratch.
