Is my Harmony cart defective? Issues with Champ games

Recommended Posts

Hi, just got an Harmony and I'm surprised to see most Champ games not working or having glitches. From what I read they're supposed to work correctly, and I saw that there were some issues with "older buggy carts", but I just got mine yesterday. :( I tried a few regular games and they work fine.

Here's example videos:

Galagon "rainbow" glitches:

Gorf lots of issues:

Has anyone else ever seen this? Would a firmware update help? (i am expecting to have the latest already, since I just got it), or does it look like a defective cart?

Running on an Atari 2600jr which seems in very good condition with no issue with other cart games.

There should be a compatible version of RobotWar (the demo version) in this thread:

As for LadyBug (I assume you mean Ladybug Arcade? If not, let me know), if anyone is having issues with the demo version of that, I added the compatibility fixes to this as well. I will post it here.
