Playing with raytracing and CoCo 3 speed patch again

Updated the high speed patch to enable 6309 native mode if you have a 6309. 
Without the patch vs with comparison

Which leads to creating USR functions to control the 6309 native mode since it has issues with the DOS, sound, cassette, etc... that depend on timing loops or fast interrupt behavior.
This can be added to any program.  Just use USR0 to enable native mode, and USR1 to disable it.

And here are the changes needed to run the raytrace on the CoCo 1 & 2 using PMODE 4 artifacting. 
The blue and red swap depending on how the 6847 starts up, so you might have to hit reset a few times to get the right colors.
