blainelocklair
They really are great handhelds, especially with an IPS installed. GLWS. Free bump.

Tanooki
Oh that's tempting. I have a stock silver one I've been dodging doing the upgrade on. I think I could do the added wiring even if it is fiddly, the basic drop in isn't a problem, not much worse/about same as a GBC effort wise. The results of these IPS panels are insanely good.
+OLD CS1
At the risk of taking this off-topic, I bought an LCD kit but it is smaller than the original screen, so I have been reluctant to install it. What kits are these that you used? Another free bump with my question (hehehe) because I really like the NGP and think others should get a good set like these.
Sir Guntz
These are IPS screens, they match the original LCD size.

The only problem is that small size which is like 1/3 smaller than the original panel, at that rate even smaller than GBC screen so you get this annoying new lens with a huge obviously squeezed in border to cover the dead space.
