Mega Everdrive Pro Sega CD loading question

I got my Genesis and Master System games on the sd card easily but I'm a bit confused on the Sega CD loading.  The guide says you just load the folder onto the SD card and that's easy, but the games with multiple discs confuse me.  The guide says you put all the files into 1 folder and rename the .cue file the same so the Everdrive can switch when needed.

 

That's where I'm a bit stuck....Dracula Unleashed, for example, has 2 discs.  Each disc has 2 .bin files and 1 .cue file.  Do I copy all 6 files onto 1 folder called Dracula Unleashed? Or do I create a folder called Dracula Unleashed, and have 2 subfolders in it; 1 called Disc 1 and the other Disc 2, and then within those subfolders rename the .cue files to the same thing?
