HEX font added to BJL

Maybe helpful for "on screen" debugging: A text functions with a 8x5 pixel hex-font.

Good idea, but I wonder how readable this will be for people who use composite video (or even RF).

It is for debugging only. But I guess via RF it’s not readable. I never used RF, so cannot tell.

I checked it on my LCD via RF and though the general picture is horrible (a lot of noise), the font it quiet readable. On a CRT this may be not the case.
