Texas Atari 8-bit Computer Owners (T.A.C.O.) Meeting - December 3, 2022

Looking forward to seeing y'all at the meeting tomorrow. Remember, admission to the museum is free but we close at 6 when the meeting starts. Come early and tell them you're with the Atari group if you want to look around first.

 

Attached to this email is the 2022 T.A.C.O. Christmas disk image! Boot WITHOUT Basic!

 

Some of our seasoned veterans may be familiar with some or all of these programs but some of our newer folks will find some fun games included.

 

Special thanks to Nir Dary in Israel for creating the custom T.A.C.O. menu, a scrolling greeting and also the Taco Snow program!

 

As for instructions, most games are pretty simple but if you're stuck, you can always find instructions on Atarimania and other sites. For those that don't use disk images yet, I will have a limited number of physical floppies that you can grab at the meet-up.
