digitalbilly
Hi Guys I See Plex on the home screen avaliable for the VCS so why no KODI support. I do prefer Kodi over Plex. and kodi is supported on the nvidia shield and other streaming platforms can even put it on a Amazon fire stick. THX-1138
Doable. I haven't used Kodi in years but there will be Linux distros that boot into it. They will run off USB just fine. Edited December 5, 2022 by THX-1138
zzip
I have Kodi running under PC Mode, but there should be USB images where you just plug in the USB stick turn it on and it boots into Kodi.

So in theory you could get a debian package of Kodi and install it with a custom launcher, look for one of the threads here about adding 7800 and DOS games to the VCS, it has some hints.
