DISK for Abacus book, Introduction to MIDI Programming

I'm trying to find this "disk" for the book  Atari ST  Introduction to MIDI Programming  by Dorfman  Young  published by Abacus.   I have the book I bought it many years ago.   I found the the full ASCII text to it so I could cut and paste the code out of that but if someone has the support DISK that you had to order separately to get it would save me some time.   I planned on taking the player in the book modifying it for a utility I want to write, it would take a MIDI file and turn it into Instant Graphics note commands that could be played on a Telnet BBS of from a file.   Doing that would allow dropping notes in a MIDI song editor to compose music instead of having to tap it out out on a keyboard.
