Here's the TLDR:

 

The keyboard works when connected to both the Intellivision and the ECS. However, some of the keys work intermittently when pressed. Three of the keys are kind of loose and don't spring back up  quickly. The synthesizer uses a form of foam between the keys and the circuit board inside of it to play the notes when the keys are pressed. I'd guess if this foam is properly replaced, the keyboard could play all of the keys consistently again.

 

The original box is not exactly a shelf queen, so to speak. It's in rough condition. But it is present, and that's kind of rare and unusual for anything this age, which is kind of cool. The instruction manual, however, is not present in the box.
