Once you order from him, he'll give you a Customer Number. He provides an invoice with every order and it'll contain your number. Make a note of it, for any future orders. I always call him with my order and Customer Number and have never had an issue. It normally takes two days for me (Houston, TX) to receive my orders.
john_q_atari
Yup I also recommend calling him. I use a credit card and I don't worry about the total, I don't think he even gives a final total but it'll be on your invoice when you receive your order. It's roughly part costs plus sales tax plus a dollar or two I think plus about $10 or so for the priority shipping within the US.
Keatah
Sounds reasonable and like mail order of the 70's and 80's. I never ordered from BEST. But I can see doing so sometime.

Knowing what you want in advance (and having item numbers ready if necessary) is key. Ditto your customer number once you have one. 4 hours ago, john_q_atari said: I use a credit card and I don't worry about the total, I don't think he even gives a final total but it'll be on your invoice when you receive your order. It's never been something that upset me, since I've never had reason to debate a charge from them - but it is different, and anyone calling in should be prepared for it since it's not likely to change anytime soon. iscariot
I don't plan to. BTW neither controller seems to work. I am wondering if it's just better to get new flex circuits for both.
